5. Booking Terms
All travel bookings and confirmations with Vilaas are subject to the following conditions:
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official website.
A deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required at the time of confirmation.
Full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment channels.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply:
Time Before Departure Cancellation Fee
More than 60 days 2% of the deposit
30–59 days 50% of total booking amount
Less than 30 days 100% of total booking amount
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, logos, images, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on the Vilaas website or documentation are the exclusive property of Vilaas or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Payments & Transactions
By making any payment or completing a transaction through our website or via direct invoicing, you agree to the terms outlined in our Payment & Transaction Policy, including any applicable fees or charges.

In the event of any dispute between you and Vilaas:
Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation or mediation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Vilaas provides its website and travel-related information on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
Vilaas is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or content.
